“Trachea rusks” are a category of traditional, hard rusks from the Trachea region of Epidaurus, known for their pure ingredients and traditional method of preparation, often with oil, oregano or tomato. They are available in various variations, such as wheat, wholemeal and oil oregano, and are usually made in a wood-fired oven.
